I used Chris & Sons for some training resources and wasn’t too sure what tools I actually needed. The guides and product info made it much easier to work out what was right, without feeling like they were just trying to sell me anything. The site was simple to use and the advice felt genuinely helpful. It probably saved me from buying the wrong bits, which would’ve been a totally preventable hassle. I’d definitely use them again

I have high standards when it comes to customer service, and the staff really came through. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience much easier.

A couple of things were cheaper than other places I’d looked, which was a nice change because apparently paying over the odds is the norm elsewhere. Quality was decent too, so no complaints there. Delivery turned up fine with no drama, thankfully. For what I paid, I can’t really moan, I’ll probably use them again when I need more stuff.

I’ve ordered from Chris & Sons a few times now, and overall the loyalty points and promos are decent when they actually apply. The discounts can make the prices feel worthwhile, so I do like that part. But this is where it got annoying: it’s not always obvious what counts toward points or when a promo code can actually be used. I’ve found myself double-checking everything at checkout more than once. It’s not a bad system, just a bit hit and miss, and I think it could be made much clearer...

Picking it up was easy too, the staff found my order straight away and there wasn’t any awkward messing about. Parking was a bit of a pain, which did annoy me for a minute, but that’s not really on them. Anyway, got my stuff, didn’t waste loads of time, and I’d use it again.

Everything I chose said it was in stock and it all turned up, all turned up except for one item that took a little longer than expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I would’ve liked a quicker update on it. Overall, good, good experience and I’d be happy to use them again.

I ordered a few bits from chrisandsons.co.uk and it was a good experience!!! I got an email when the order was placed and another one when it was sent out, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was happening!!! The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because dispatch took a little longer than I expected, but the communication was clear enough!!! I’d definitely use them again!!!

Support got back to me fast, and it wasn’t no hassle at all. Everything was simple and easy to deal with.
